We at CP Dynes consider safety, health and environmental performance to be of prime importance to our business and we are totally committed to continual improvement in these areas.
Our overall goal is to protect both people and the environment. Complying with all safety, health and environmental regulations is just the start.
The current nature of the Construction Industry necessitates meeting tight schedules, which often require periods of intense activity. However, the achieving of deadlines or target dates will not be permitted to endanger the safety, health and welfare of our employees. All our supervisory staff continue to undergo IFF (incident, injury, free) training which will help highlight risks on site which sometimes may be overlooked. As a company, we place safety and training as our number one priority, followed closely by quality and workmanship.
Training Policy
We operate regular updating of NVQ qualifications for all employees and encourage all staff to undergo any training that will be beneficial to themselves, CP Dynes and the main contractor.
All our Supervisory staff undergo IFF (Incident Injury Free Training) and the SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) CITB.
"Over the years our employees have established the company's reputation through their technical competence and true concern for the needs of our customers. The requirements and expectations may change, but the competence, attitude and motivation of CP Dynes will not."
Insurance Policy
We will be updating our website with the most up to date versions of our insurances soon.
